Hannah L. Coble

Graduate Research Assistant

Hannah L. Coble is a storyteller and public historian, who is expected to receive her Masters of Heritage Studies and Public History in spring of 2022. She graduated from the College of Wooster in 2018 with degrees in English and Anthropology. Following the completion of her bachelor’s degree, she worked in museums focusing on visitor engagement, early childhood education, and daily programming.

Hannah’s research interests are founded on the idea that place is a powerful repository of stories and identities. She is specifically interested in how the interplay of story, place, and identity has been commodified in relation to public lands.
