This free, five-month program seeks to cultivate leaders rooted in communities of color who can guide others through history-informed healing work that builds collective resilience and understanding. This program centers self-reflection and storytelling to transform history into healing.
Over the course of the program, cohort members will lead Our Histories Are Healing sessions, and bring these trauma-informed facilitation skills back to their spheres of influence.
This inaugural cohort launched in January 2026, and includes participants from a wide range of backgrounds: public health, restorative justice, history, genealogy, public relations communications and culture strategists, to name a few.
