Bonnie Keeler is an associate professor of environmental policy at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Keeler has expertise in environmental economics, food-water-energy policy, and sustainability science. Current projects include evaluation of the equity implications of water policies at state and regional levels, partnerships with communities to promote more just and equitable urban park development, and community science on water values and impacts of water quality in the Mississippi River. Keeler is co-director of the Center for Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy and a member of the Environmental Protection Agencies Board of Scientific Counselors.
