Treasure Tinsley

Treasure Tinsley is a PhD candidate in History at the University of Minnesota. Her dissertation is titled The New Town-in Town: Gender and Carceral Logics of Urban Redevelopment in Cedar-Riverside. Treasure is a local historian of Minneapolis and specializes in histories of policing, gender, and displacement in 20th-century U.S. cities.
